Professor John Costello, Dean of Science, Dublin City University, gave the following two presentations to the TY Science class.

TY Guest Speaker

We were delighted to welcome Professor John Costello, Dean of Science, Dublin City University, to Magh Ene College.  Professor Costello gave a presentation on 'Ultrafast, Ultrashort, Ultraintense - Extreme Physics with Lasers' to the TY students and carried out some demonstrations using liquid nitrogen as seen in the attached photos.
